Pilates Plus

This progressive 6-week class will focus on the Pilates fundamentals with Yoga benefits. Learn key exercises to increase core strength and correct muscular imbalances for ideal spinal alignment. Improve joint mobility, flexibility, and lung capacity. Appropriate for all groups and fitness levels.

This class is appropriate for all age groups and fitness levels. Modifications will be given as needed.

Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
