Couch To 3k

The couch to 3k is aimed at helping beginners learn to run through a safe and structured program. Each week participants will meet and learn safe running technique while building your cardiovascular endurance, optimal recover and mobility moves and how to track progress. We will end the program by running as a team in the Shamrock Shuffle 3k in downtown Lexington.

Time/Date: 6:30 p.m., Mondays, January 14-March 11
*Shamrock Shuffle is on March 16, Lexington, Ky.
Fee: $30 members; $40 non-members.
Includes training classes, race registration and race t-shirt.

Mommy & Me Yoga-Postponed until Spring due to low registration.

Bring your little one and come join Brittany while doing yoga with your baby. You and your baby will play and practice yoga while you explore movement, practice infant massage and connect with other moms and babies.

Women's Self Defense

This 6 week class is designed for any female to escape any attack that may happen. It includes getting out of chokes, grabs and attacks from behind. It will teach awareness of surroundings, using small objects to help protect oneself during an emergency.

This class is encouraged for high school students and adults. Classes are taught by Master Larry Mattox, a 6th-degree black belt.
Master Larry has 40+ years of martial arts experience and has been
teaching for 38 years.

Tai Chi-Postponed until April due to low registration

Learn the Lee Tai Chi system from martial arts Master, Larry Mattox. Tai Chi consists of linked, slow movements coordinated with special breathing to improve stress management, balance, flexibility, strength and coordination. Improve your overall wellness in spirit, mind and body in this 12 week session. Group Fitness Room.

Pickle Ball

What is pickle ball? Pickle ball is a cross between tennis and ping pong played on a badminton sized court with a special pickle ball paddle and a slightly smaller whiffle style ball. The lower net and ball lets players of all ages and abilities enjoy the game. Whether you just want to have some fun or want to test your athletic ability, this is the game for you. Come join us in the gym.

Times: 9-11:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.


The class is designed to increase endurance, strength, range of movement and balance to support activities for daily living. A chair is available for seated or standing support. Activities include exercise using hand-held weights, elastic tubing and balls plus learning to stretch and relax.

Gentle Fitness

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and range of motion. Class will consist of fun, low impact aerobic work, strength training with a variety of equipment and flexibility and balance work.

3x3 Fit

3x3 Fit ia an inovative, exciting workout method using pilates rings and varying levels of tension. This method will challenge and strengthen your entire body. Look for classes and personal training coming this year.

Generation Pound-Youth-Postponed-Low Registration

This class is a youth oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. This class is for ages 6-12 years old. We will share everything we learn in class with a special performance at Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 27th.

Time/Date: Mondays, February 25-April 22, 4:00 p.m.; class performance on Saturday April 27.
